A New Xbox One Experience update is rolling out to a small group of participants in our initial waves tonight at 6PM PT, September 22. This update contains various bug fixes – please see below for details.
HOW TO GET IT:
If your console is in Instant-On mode and you have been selected, it will download and install the update and reboot to standby.
NOTE: Once the update is available to your wave, you can manually begin the update by navigating to Settings > System and selecting System Update.
If your console hasn’t downloaded and installed the update by 1:00AM PT 09/24/2015, you will be prompted to do so at that time.

OS version released: th2_xbox_rel_1508.150919-2100
Available: 6:00PM PT 9/22 (2AM GMT 23/9)
FIXES:
Forza 6: A fix for users experiencing crashes or graphical errors (screen turns a blue or purple hue) when participating in races. Other titles may have encountered crashes (Assassins Creed Unity). If you encountered a crash or a graphical issue you will need to uninstall and reinstall the title.
Installing Game DLC: If you had a title that crashed or exited due to missing DLC please visit the Store and download all the DLC and try again.
Screen Dimming fix:
Live TV: When using the Live TV app, if you use the Xbox button to return to the dashboard, launch another game or app, and later resume Live TV, you will no longer see the screen will dim in Live TV after a short amount of time.
Media Apps: When using a media app (Netflix, Hulu Plus, etc.), if you use the Xbox button to return to the dashboard, and later resume the media app, the screen will no longer dim in the media app after a short amount of time.
SlingTV: SlingTV should now be functional on the New Xbox One Experience.
